Program Objective
The Human Resources Management Program is a two-year associate degree program that aims to train qualified human resources professionals needed by public and private sector organizations. The program aims to equip students with knowledge and skills in human resources management, recruitment and selection processes, performance and career management, labor law, work psychology, occupational health and safety, digital human resources applications, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and financial literacy.

The main objectives of the program are to train qualified human resources professionals who:
• Can effectively utilize the basic principles and practices of human resources management,
• Can manage recruitment, performance, career, and training-development processes,
• Can apply the basic legislation related to labor law and working life,
• Can effectively use digital human resources systems, artificial intelligence applications, and data analysis tools,
• Can think analytically, solve problems, communicate effectively, and adapt to teamwork,
• Have a sense of professional ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability,

Student Facilities
Educational activities in the program are conducted in modern classrooms. Computer labs, a library, a cafeteria, and social areas are available for student use. The program includes a mandatory 30-day internship, during which students gain practical experience in public institutions, private sector businesses, and human resources departments. ________________________________________

Students can transfer horizontally to equivalent associate degree programs in accordance with the principles determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Main programs that can be transferred to horizontally:
