HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Horizontal transfer applications within the framework of quotas 20 July- 17 August 2020 between the dates ASSOCIATE and BACHELOR'S Diploma Programs for horizontal transfer applications https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/YatayGecisBasvuruFormu from the address ONLINE will be made and the requested documents will be uploaded to the system during the application.
THERE IS NO NEED TO APPLY IN PERSON OR BY MAIL.
v With General Weighted Grade Point Average Inter-Institutional (Domestic) Same Program,
v With General Weighted Grade Point Average from Foreign Higher Education institutions T.C. national students Inter-Institutional (Abroad) Same Program,
v With General Weighted Grade Point Average Intra-Institutional Same Program,
v With Central Placement Score ( ADDITIONAL ARTICLE 1) Different Program
Application is made.

01-15 August 2020 are made between the dates.
Our university is authorized to take necessary legal actions against candidates who register by making false statements.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
Ø The YGS, LYS or YKS Placement Results presented by the student during admission to the university (Showing all score types) ÖSYM Result Document, (for ADDITIONAL ARTICLE-1 applications)
Ø Student Status Document obtained from the higher education institution where the student is enrolled,
Ø An official document showing the names, credits, and grades of all courses taken by the student up to the semester they wish to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class, and the weighted grade point average according to the credits (grade chart/grade transcript/transcript). (Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Turkish.)
Ø Students who have studied in the preparatory class or have frozen their registration must document their status,
Ø Students studying in the second education program and who are in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic semester; an official document showing that they are in the top ten percent,
Ø Approved or included in the university's ECTS information package course contents (course curriculum), (Students who do not submit course contents will be adapted to the first year.)
