From the 2017-2018 Academic Year onwards, for students who have completed the maximum period of study and have been dismissed, and who have been given two additional exam rights for the courses they failed despite meeting the attendance requirement (whether they used this right or not), it has been deemed appropriate, in accordance with the Higher Education General Assembly Decision dated 27.09.2021 and considering the conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic, to grant them the right to benefit from two additional exams for the courses they have never taken and the courses they failed due to absenteeism, provided that they apply by the end of business on Monday, January 31, 2022, to be implemented once in the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year.

Our students; can apply in person or via mail/post/cargo to the Faculty/School/Vocational School they are enrolled in by filling out the form available on our Directorate's page (https://oidb.mehmetakif.edu.tr/form/134/677/formlar) along with a petition by the specified deadline, and applications made after the end of business on Monday, January 31, 2022, will not be considered.

The principles mentioned in the announcement text are of a notification nature, and no additional written notification will be made to the students.
